Two counters are required to be set up in the main consular Hall for attending tl-re public visiting the consulate on each working day' Tft" counters are required to be made of wood with adequate provision for t eeping of CPUs, computer monitor/screens, keyboard and any other relaied-equipment and drawens for storage of documents etc. The counters will be having a glass interfiace between the person at the counter and member of the Public.
