Scope of work for submitting design of the fence around the
Office Complex of Consulate of India, Atlanta
Tenders/Bids are invited from reputed Architectural/construction companies for submitting design of a metal fencing around the perimeter of the Consulate General of India property, installation of security gate and related works as per details given below.The scope of work includes:
-Survey to establish exact location of the proposed perimeter boundary fencing around the office complex of Consulate General of India;
-Designing of the fence and documentation for submission to City of Sandy Springs and to obtain necessary approvals.
-It should be strong/ durable metal fence inclined outwards (and not chain linked fencing).The metal fence will be supported with 8 feet high CMU block with stucco.
-The design should be in conformity with the guidelines as specified in Section 8.2.10 of the Development Code which is enclosed for ready reference.
-Electronic automated gate with remote keys /security code with operational access to Security Staff
2.Visit to Location:The prospective Construction Companies/firms may visit our location at : 5549 Glenridge Drive NE, Atlanta, GA-30342 by seeking prior appointment Mr. Asim Kumar, Consul & Head of Chancery for detailed examination of the proposed works of fencing.
3.Proposal to be Sent to:
The proposals (bids) should contain design of the fence as specified in the scope of work and cost of designing and documentation for submission to City of Sandy Springs.The proposal should be sent to Mr. Asim Kumar,Consul & Head of Chancery, Consulate General of India, Atlanta,No.5549,Glenridge Drive NE, Atlanta,GA-30342 in a sealed envelope by 14th February 2020.
