| REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR Re-laying the tiles at CG’s Residence
(A) Statement of Objective: Consulate General of India, Atlanta herein called CGI Atlanta, invites limited bids from eligible construction companies for the re-laying of tiles at CG’s residence at No 815 West Paces Ferry Road NW, Atlanta GA-30327. The estimated area to be re-tiled is 1600 sq.ft (approx.) as per the following scope of Work proposed.
(B) Scope of Work
Re-laying tiles :-
(i) Main Entrance, Hall-way
(ii) Living Room
(iii) Kitchen
(iv) Bathroom & adjacent closet
.(C) The floor plan/drawings of the CG’s residence will be available in the Chancery. Any bidder can take a copy from the Chancery for submitting his bid for re-laying of tiles
(D) Visit to Location: The prospective contractors can make visits to our location at No 815 West Paces Ferry Road NW, Atlanta GA-30327 but with prior appointment of the HOC Shri D. V. Singh for detailed examination of the proposed works of re-laying tiles.
(E) Proposal to be Sent to:
The Expression of Interest proposal should be sent to Mr. D.V. Singh, Consul & Head of Chancery, Consulate General of India, Atlanta, No.5549, Glenridge Drive NE, Atlanta, GA-30342 in a single sealed envelopes with subscription “Re-laying tiles Works at No 815 West Paces Ferry Road NW, Atlanta GA-30327. The proposals should be submitted with two hard copies and a soft copy.
