On the occasion of the Second International Day of Yoga i.e. on 21st June 2016, the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India announced the Prime Minister's Award for Outstanding Contribution towards the Development and Promotion of yoga at National and International Level.
Ministry of Ayush, Government of India has invited entries for Prime Minister’s Awards for Yoga 2024 through MyGov portal. Two awards each will be given in national and international categories, to recognize and felicitate individual(s)/ organization(s) for their outstanding contributions to the promotion and development of Yoga.
